  • Pre Booking With Pre Payment Required & Is Strictly Non Refundable
  • All Guests Of All Ages Must Have A Valid Booking To Be Allowed Entry Into Playtown Tullamore
  • Amending Bookings (Date/Time/Numbers) Requires At Least 24 Hours Notice
  • All Information Regarding Your Booking Is Deemed To Be Correct As Of 24 Hours Prior To Same
  • If Numbers Reduce On The Day, Payment Is Still Taken For Spaces Held
  • Payments Made Are Forfeited For No Shows Or Changes Within Less Than 24 Hours
  • Increases In Numbers On The Day Cannot Be Guaranteed Due To Limited Capacity
  • Pre Booking With €75 Deposit Required & Is Strictly Non Refundable
  • Exact Number Of Children & Adults Is Required At Time Of Booking
  • Please Select Correct Party Bracket (Up To 12 / 13-30 / 31-82) As Changes May Not Be Possible
  • All Guests Of All Ages Must Have A Valid Booking For Entry

  • Numbers Must Be Confirmed At Least 1 Week Prior. Up To A 10% Reduction Is Permissible At This Point; Further Reductions Are Non-Refundable.
  • All Tours Are Educational, S.T.E.A.M Based Play Experiences.
  • Hot/Cold Food Outside Of Packed Lunches Must Be Ordered Through Us Directly.
  • Start Times Are Final. Late Arrivals Cannot Facilitate A Later Finish.
  • Children Are The Responsibility Of Accompanying Teachers/SNAs At All Times.
  • Prices Based On Minimum Of 18 Children During Off-Peak Weekdays.
  • €250 Deposit Required At Time Of Booking.
  • Remaining Balance Due Prior To Delivery Of Equipment.
  • Use Of Equipment Is Under School Supervision & Their Insurance.
  • Schools Are Liable For Costs Of Missing Or Damaged Items.
  • Available To Purchase Online & E-Mailed Directly To Recipient.
  • Can Be Used To Book Any Play/Party/School Experience.
  • Paper Gift Vouchers Require Contacting Us Prior To Arrival; No Walk-Ins Permitted.
  • The Person Making The Booking Is Responsible For Ensuring All Guests Agree To Rules.
  • Children Under 6 Months Are Free With A Paying Child; Otherwise, €10 Admission Applies.
  • Children Age 13+ Can Be Booked As A Child Or Adult.
  • Health: Please Do Not Visit If Any Member Of Your Party Is Feeling Unwell.
  • Footwear: Shoes Must Be Removed & Socks Worn By All Adults & Children (Socks Available For €2).
  • Supervision: Adults Are Fully Responsible For All Children In Their Care At All Times.
  • Food: Strictly No Outside Food Or Drink (Exception: Cake For Party Packages Only).
  • Please Adhere To All Sanitising Points And Cleaning Gaps Between Sessions.
